Reactive PUR hot melt adhesive

A high-heat-resistant hot melt with a lower melting temperature than typical hot melts, adhesive strength equal to or greater than that of conventional adhesives, and no issues of re-melting due to heat after curing.

Our reactive PUR hot melt adhesive has achieved top-class performance in Europe due to our successful development ahead of other companies. The features of this reactive PUR hot melt adhesive are as follows: - Low melting temperature (80-120°C) - Cured material that does not remelt due to heat (high heat resistance) - High adhesive strength comparable to or exceeding that of two-component reactive adhesives As a pioneer in reactive PUR hot melt adhesives, we offer a wide range of products in this series, allowing for product selection tailored to our customers' desired line speed, bonding methods, and equipment conditions.

REACH-compliant polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesive

We contribute to reducing the burden on workers and the environment with reactive PUR hot melt adhesives that comply with the new REACH regulations, enabling efficient and sustainable business practices.

On August 3, 2020, the European Commission announced the addition of diisocyanates (abbreviated as MDI) to the list of restricted substances (REACH Entry 74). As a result, starting from August 24, 2023, in Europe, it will be necessary to use adhesives with an MDI concentration of less than 0.1% or to comply with REACH regulations when using adhesives containing 0.1% or more MDI. At Kliberitt, we offer reactive PUR hot melt adhesives with an MDI concentration of less than 0.1% tailored to your applications in response to this new REACH regulation. We contribute to reducing the burden on partner companies' on-site operations and the environment, as well as to efficient and sustainable business practices.

Reactive hot melt adhesive with water resistance to hydrolysis.

A reactive hot melt that withstands hydrolysis testing, which was a weakness of urethane-based adhesives.

It is a polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesive that does not hydrolyze even after exposure to an environment of 85°C and 95% RH, maintaining the performance of the material.
